✅ Horseback riding (group by level)

✅ Yoga and meditation.
⭐ Learning during the course ⭐
🏇 Horse: Knowing how to saddle a horse, brushing it, cleaning the hooves, knowing more about the sensitivity and psychology of the horse, knowing how to stand on a saddle without falling, going at a walk, to the right, to the left, stopping and for the best, trotting.
🎤 Music and singing: Diaphragmatic breathing, vocal technique exercises and two-part singing.
🧘🏽♀️ Yoga and meditation: Entering a meditative state accompanied by various breathing techniques. Enchained with Hatha Yoga music.
